General Conditions of Sale and Use

Article 1: Presentation

The website https://rpolitik.com is owned and operated by R.Politik, a simplified limited company with a sole shareholder (hereinafter R.Politik), SIRET number 92075359700011. The editorial manager is Mrs. Tatiana Stanovaya, residing at 19 ter avenue de la terrasse, 91260 Juvisy-sur-Orge, France.

R.Politik offers on its website one-time purchases and subscriptions to its analytical products: (a) R.Politik Bulletins and (b) Essential Ukraine Reports, both in English.

These services are governed by the present General Conditions of Sale (GTC) and Use (UGC), to the exclusion of any other terms.

Any use of the website, including browsing, account creation, purchasing or subscribing, implies full acceptance of these conditions.

R.Politik reserves the right to amend the GTC/UGC at any time. New versions will apply only to sales made after such changes.

The current English version is available at all times on the site.

Article 2: Acceptance of Conditions

These GTC and UGC govern the contractual relationship between R.Politik and the customer, both parties accepting them without reservation.

This UGC also applies to website visitors and newsletter followers who have never purchased any product or service from R.Politik.

Any conflicting condition not accepted by R.Politik is unenforceable.

Failure of R.Politik to enforce any provision of these GTC shall not constitute a waiver of such provision.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read and unconditionally accepted the GTC and UGC.

The website is intended for legally competent individuals or entities capable of contracting.

Article 3: Characteristics of Services Offered on the Site

R.Politik offers two types of analytical products:

a) R.Politik Bulletins: Available by annual subscription (with one-time or monthly payment) or by one-off purchase per issue.

b) Essential Ukraine Reports: Available by annual subscription (with one-time or monthly payment) or by one-off purchase per issue.

Essential Ukraine Reports are an independent analytical project managed and owned by:

The reports are distributed via the R.Politik platform, which provides the digital infrastructure for their sale. R.Politik plays no role in shaping the content or selecting the topics of the reports.

Essential features and pricing are available on the product description pages on the website.

The return subscription option applies to annual subscriptions to both the R.Politik Bulletin and Essential Ukraine Reports, and includes free access to the full archive if the renewal occurs promptly after the first subscription year.

Article 4: Order

Orders are placed online by submitting required information through the website.

A valid and functional email address is required.

Validation of an order implies full acceptance of the GTC/UGC.

The customer must check the box confirming acceptance of the GTC/UGC before proceeding.

Order confirmation is sent by email and includes product details, pricing, and terms.

R.Politik reserves the right to refuse orders from suspended or previously terminated accounts.

Article 5: Price of Services Available on the Site

Prices are listed in euros and payable in euros regardless of the customer's location.

Pricing is based on rates in effect at the time of order placement.

R.Politik reserves the right to change pricing at any time.

For non-EU customers, any import taxes or duties are the customer's responsibility.

For orders placed from outside the European Union, the customer is considered the importer of the digital service. Any applicable local taxes or obligations are the customer’s responsibility. In accordance with EU VAT rules on digital services, a 20% value-added tax (VAT) applies to all non-business customers (natural persons), regardless of their country of residence, including those outside the EU. VAT does not apply to business entities outside the EU that provide a valid tax identification number.

Customers with an active annual subscription to the R.Politik Bulletin are eligible for a 50% discount on the purchase of an annual subscription to Essential Ukraine. Conversely, subscribers to Essential Ukraine receives a 50% discount on the R.Politik Bulletin annual subscription.

Article 6: Payment

Access to purchased services is granted upon payment confirmation.

Payment methods include credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer.

Subscriptions activate immediately upon card payment or within 3 business days of receiving a bank transfer.

One-off purchases are delivered similarly.

Consumers (within France/EU law) may withdraw from a subscription within 14 days, excluding one-off purchases.

Withdrawals must be requested via a form or by emailing rpolitik@rpolitik.com.

Refunds are processed by bank transfer, minus the value of any content already delivered.

Return subscriptions must be paid within 14 days of expiration to qualify for archive access.

Article 7: Termination

R.Politik may suspend or terminate accounts for legal violations, IP abuse, or misuse of services.

Monthly subscriptions may be canceled after 5 months with notice sent at least 7 days before the 6th payment.

Account deletion is available upon request. No pro-rata refunds are given for annual subscriptions.

Article 8: Intellectual Property

By-monthly R.Politik Bulletins and Digests are the exclusive property of R.Politik. Essential Ukraine Reports, are the exclusive property of Minority Report s.r.o.

Customers have a non-transferable right to personal use only.

Legal entities must restrict access to authorized employees only.

Institutional access via IP addresses may be arranged under license.

Any unauthorized sharing may lead to immediate suspension or termination of the subscription, without refund and at R.Politik’s sole discretion, and without obligation to provide prior notice or justification.

R.Politik is a registered trademark of Tatiana Stanovaya. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Article 9: Responsibility of R.Politik

1. R.Politik cannot be held liable for any failure to fulfill its obligations, including permanent suspension or interruption of the publication of Bulletins or Essential Ukraine Reports, if such failure results from health-related issues affecting Mrs. Tatiana Stanovaya or constitutes a case of force majeure. Force majeure includes, but is not limited to: war, riot, insurrection, supply shortages, fire, earthquake, storm, flood, sabotage, strikes, lockouts, communication or telecommunications disruptions, network failures, electronic file corruption, software limitations, inability to access telecommunications services, or government actions. No refund shall be issued in such cases.

2. R.Politik does not guarantee uninterrupted access to its website or to users’ personal accounts. It cannot be held responsible for service interruptions or damages arising from typical risks inherent in the use of the Internet, including but not limited to: outages, security breaches, viruses, fraudulent access, or any other external incidents affecting the customer’s access environment.

3. R.Politik does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or consistency of the information made available on the site. Content may be updated or modified retroactively without prior notice, including the content of Bulletins or Essential Ukraine Reports.

4. R.Politik reserves the right to republish or redistribute any part of a Bulletin or Essential Ukraine Report, including in whole or in part, via any medium of its choice—whether digital or print—such as websites, magazines, newspapers, or books.

5. In the case of access from a country other than France, the customer remains solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. R.Politik shall not be held liable for any legal conflicts or consequences resulting from such access.

6. Photographs and descriptive texts published on the R.Politik website are for illustrative purposes only and are non-contractual. No liability shall arise from any discrepancy between illustrations and actual services.

7. Hyperlinks to third-party websites may be provided on R.Politik. R.Politik declines any responsibility for the content of these external sites, including where such content may contravene current laws or regulations. The customer expressly acknowledges this limitation.

8. In the event of liability being incurred by R.Politik, whether judicially or contractually, such liability shall be strictly limited, by mutual agreement, to an amount not exceeding the value of three months of service.

Article 11: Commitment and Responsibilities of the Customer

1. The customer’s access credentials are personal and non-transferable. In the case of a legal entity (such as a company or institution), multiple authorized employees or members may use the same account, strictly in accordance with the terms of use set out in this document.

2. The customer is presumed to have taken appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access to their credentials by third parties.

3. Any actions performed using the customer’s access credentials are presumed to have been made by the customer.

4. In the event of loss or theft of access credentials, the customer must immediately inform R.Politik by contacting: rpolitik@rpolitik.com.

5. The customer remains liable for any misuse of their account until R.Politik has been notified of the loss or theft.

6. The customer is solely responsible for their technical environment, including computer hardware, data, software tools, and internet connectivity necessary to access R.Politik’s digital services.

7. R.Politik bears no responsibility for how the customer uses the services provided.

8. The customer is solely responsible for any content they submit, share, or produce, and must comply with applicable laws and regulations regarding the dissemination of information. R.Politik reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without notice, to suspend or terminate the customer’s account if their content violates legal standards or contains insults, threats, or unlawful material. In such cases, the subscription will be canceled and access to bulletins and reports suspended, without any refund, including on a pro-rata basis.

9. Customers may report problematic content by contacting R.Politik via the email address: rpolitik@rpolitik.com. R.Politik cannot be held liable for any delay in reviewing, moderating, or responding to such reports.

10. The customer agrees to comply with all laws in force in France. To fulfill its legal obligations, R.Politik is authorized to identify the customer and to communicate relevant information to the authorities upon lawful request, in full compliance with French law.

Article 12: Litigation, Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by French law.

Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of French courts.

Article 13: Modification of the General Conditions of Sale and Use

R.Politik may modify these terms at any time. New terms apply only to future sales.

Users are encouraged to review these conditions regularly.
